Mihai Roşcovan, President

PhD in Economics, specialized in business restructuring, evaluation and development and attracting investment. Expert in project elaboration and development, regional, urban and rural development, cross-border cooperation, decentralization and corporate management. Education at the State University of Moldova, Institute of Economics and Mathematics of Moscow, World Bank (macro and microeconomics),  InWent (European Trainer), LGI-OSI (Financing capital in transition countries). Professor at the Academy of Economic Sciences of Moldova and Technical University of Moldova. Ex-Vice Minister of Economy (1998-1999). Published over 70 scientific works.

 Liviu Andriuţa , Executive director

Has graduated from the Technical University of Moldova (engineer-economist) and holds a master degree in Business Administration, PLATO+ Romania (Training in Business Excellence). Specialized in business restructuring, assessment and development, attracting investments, implementing management systems, strategic planning.   

 Valentina Ticu,  Financial Director

Economist-mathematician. Education at the State University of Kiev, the National Institute of Economy of the Romanian Academy (enterprise restructuring), Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development of Kiev (investment planning), Center of Continuous Professional Training, USAID (audit of financial reports, APAA Moldova (general audit). Specialized in accountancy, (general) audit of economic agents, financial analysis, enterprise restructuring, business and investment planning, financial project management. 

 Iuliana Casian, Expert in marketing and statistics

Has graduated from the Academy of Economic Sciences of Moldova (economist specialized in statistics and economic forecasting). Master student at the Academy of Economic Sciences of Moldova (statistical analysis in economy and business). Specialized in elaboration of market researches, quantitative and qualitative analysis, organizing surveys and studies, as well as micro and macro-economical forecasting.

  Ana Mardare, Expert in project development  

Has graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Political Studies of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, with the specialization International Relations and European Studies. Holds the Interdisciplinary MA degree in European Studies from the Center for European Studies at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University from Iasi, with the specialization in Regional Development. She is specialized in project development and management, business development tools, external relations, cross border cooperation  and European economic integration policies.

Gheorghe Ciobanu, Expert in economic and financial analysis

Has graduated from American River College (Sacramento, California, USA), specializing in Accounting and Auditing and the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Economics and Accounting. Experience in financial and socio-economic analysis for feasibility studies and business plans for public and commercial companies. Competence in performing financial projections and cost-benefit analyses. Experience in accounting and audit. 

Stela Florea, Expert in economic and financial analysis

Has graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, with a degree in Economics and the  specialization in  Business and Business Administration. Holds the Master  degree in Business Administration at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. She is specialized in financial and economic analysis, business plans, feasibility studies and strategic planning. 

 Maria Bâlici, Expert in public relations

Has graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, specialization: Economy of Trade, Tourism and Services. License in intercultural management. Specialized in public relations and human resource management. Master student in human resource management at the Academy of Economic Sciences of Moldova.
