
A new study visit, aiming to realize an exchange of information, experience and examples concerning quality management, was organized during March 26-28, 2012, to Rzeszów, Poland, within the Strategic Skills go East twinning programme. The programme is implemented by Business Consulting Institute in partnership with Unioncamere del Veneto (Italy) and the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Rzeszów (Poland) and is focused on three main pillars: quality management tools, development of client network, the broadening of the area of services.
During 26-27 January, 2012, at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Industry there was officially launched the East Invest Twinning project. Business Consulting Institute implements, in partnership with Unioncamere del Veneto , Italy, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rzeszów, Poland, the Strategic Skills go East twinning programme. During 12-14 December 2011, Business Consulting Institute organizes the study visit to Moldova of the representatives of public administration and experts in public administration from Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. During this visit, within 13-14 December, the guests will attend the International Conference „Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova”. The goal of the visit is to discuss current problems of decentralization, to facilitate the exchange of experience and successful practices accumulated in Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, to offer solutions and models for the implementation of the decentralization reform in Moldova.
During October 30 – November 4, 2011, a Study Visit to Latvia was organized within the Project “Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova”. The Study Tour aimed to present and to provide information about the decentralization reform in Latvia. Following the Seminar on the decentralization reform, the Latvian experience and experts’ recommendations should serve as a model in the implementation of the decentralization reform in Moldova.
