Within the IFAD Project, “Support the innovative use of remittance in productive rural investment”, during 24-27 April 2012, 15 entrepreneurs selected in this stage of the project made a visit of good practice transfer to Iasi, Romania. This was the last of the three visits planned for the entrepreneurs from Moldova, who have taken over the experience in remittance investment of successful business managers from Romania.

Within the IFAD Project, “Support the innovative use of remittance in productive rural investment”, during 4-7 April 2012, there has been organized a second visit of good practice transfer, to Iasi, for 17 entrepreneurs selected in this stage of the project. The visit, whose purpose was to share the Romanian experience in remittance investment, was the second of the 3 planned visits of Moldavian entrepreneurs to Romania.

A new study visit, aiming to realize an exchange of information, experience and examples concerning quality management, was organized during March 26-28, 2012, to Rzeszów, Poland, within the Strategic Skills go East twinning programme. The programme is implemented by Business Consulting Institute in partnership with Unioncamere del Veneto (Italy) and the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Rzeszów (Poland) and is focused on three main pillars: quality management tools, development of client network, the broadening of the area of services.

Within the IFAD Project, “Support the innovative use of remittance in productive rural investment”, 14 beneficiary entrepreneurs had the chance to make a visit of good practice transfer to Iasi, Romania, during March 14-17, 2012. The purpose of the visit was to share the Romanian experience in remittance investment. The activity of good practice transfer will consist in total of 3 visits of entrepreneurs from the Republic of Moldova to Romania.

During 12-14 December 2011, Business Consulting Institute organizes the study visit to Moldova of the representatives of public administration and experts in public administration from Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. During this visit, within 13-14 December, the guests will attend the International Conference „Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova”. The goal of the visit is to discuss current problems of decentralization, to facilitate the exchange of experience and successful practices accumulated in Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, to offer solutions and models for the implementation of the decentralization reform in Moldova.

During October 30 – November 4, 2011, a Study Visit to Latvia was organized within the Project “Decentralization and Local Autonomy Development: Successful European Models for the Republic of Moldova”. The Study Tour aimed to present and to provide information about the decentralization reform in Latvia. Following the Seminar on the decentralization reform, the Latvian experience and experts’ recommendations should serve as a model in the implementation of the decentralization reform in Moldova.
